Paul Harper is a Canadian freelance illustrator and concept artist. Currently living int the Toronto area, Paul has worked as a freelance illustrator for the last 5 years after receiving education at both Max the Matt in Concept Art and Humber College in 3D Animation. Paul prefers to start with a base done in pencil before fleshing out a cleaner piece in photoshop.
